Transfer to SlickHosting.com
This is a four step process.
- Sign up with us (click here). We will usually process your order within 24 hours.
- Once we've activated your account, log in to the Administration Center and create any e-mail accounts you'll be using. Create an FTP password, then log into our server with an FTP client and upload your Web site.
- Contact your domain registrar and have them change the DNS servers for your domain. If you'd like, you may also list us as the technical contact for your domain (please let us know if you intend to do this). After your registrar confirms that the changes have been made, it can take several days for the changes to take effect across the entire Internet.
- After waiting for the DNS changes to take effect, contact your old hosting provider and cancel your account with them.
