System Status - January 2002
1/31/02 - We experienced severe connectivity problems today between 2pm and 5pm MST due to problems at our provider. The issue appears to have been resolved, but we are continuing to monitor the situation. During this time, some e-mail may have been bounced to the sender with an error saying "the sender's domain does not resolve"; these messages will need to be re-sent. We apologize for the inconvenience.
1/28/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/27/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/26/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/25/02 - All services are online and operational. Some @Home customers may be unable to connect to our servers due to routing problems at Cox; hopefully this issue will be resolved but most @Home users should be moving to a new network soon anyway.
1/23/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/22/02 - The IP change has taken place. All services are up and running on the new IP addresses. Downtime was minimal, and the new IPs should already be fully propagated. If you experience any problems connecting to our servers, please let us know.
1/20/02 - All services are online and operational. The IP change still has not taken place. We are standing by, waiting for word from our provider.
1/17/02 - Still waiting on that IP change. It hasn't happened yet.
1/16/02 - All services are online and operational. There will be some downtime tomorrow, as previously noted.
1/14/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/13/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/12/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/11/02 - All services are online and operational.
1/10/02 - All services are online and operational. Two of our main servers will be switching IP addresses as we move from the @Home network to the Cox network on Thursday the 17th; some downtime is expected but we will do what we can to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.
