System Status - October 2003
10/31/03 - Our SMTP e-mail server has been offline since the server rebooted on Tuesday the 28th. This has caused incoming e-mail to be delayed, and possibly some of it to bounce. The problem has been corrected and should not happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
10/29/03 - All services are online and operational. Our secondary DNS server has been offline for the past couple of days due to hardware problems and a typo made during our 10/8/03 upgrade; this has been fixed.
10/23/03 - All services are online and operational.
10/20/03 - All services are online and operational.
10/15/03 - All services are online and operational.
10/10/03 - All services are online and operational.
10/9/03 - All services are online and operational.
10/8/03 - All services are online and operational. Our secondary DNS server (ns2.slickhosting.com) wasn't working this morning, and although we're not sure what caused the problem or how long it has been down, it has been fixed and should not happen again. The impact of the failure should have been minimal, but we apologize for any problems it may have caused.
10/1/03 - All services are online and operational.
