11/28/07 - All services are online and operational. We've had some connectivity problems lately, possibly due to faulty networking hardware. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
11/25/07 - Temporary loss of Internet connectivity when router had to be powered down for 5 minutes to reroute power in the Server rack to accommodate new cable strain relief. All services are online and operational.

11/15/07 - We were offline for a couple of hours today due to problems with our ISP (several other nearby businesses were also affected). The issue should be resolved now. All services are online and operational.
11/14/07 - All services are online and operational.
11/13/07 - We've changed our secondary DNS server; the old one has been having serious connectivity issues today. The new ns2 is in a colocation facility in downtown Portland, and should be more reliable. This change will take a few days to propagate, but there should be no noticeable impact to customer domains. All other services are online and operational.
11/11/07 - We've encountered a problem with the new server, but we haven't been able to reproduce the issue successfully, so we're not sure how to fix it. Hopefully it's a fluke and won't happen again, or it will get much worse and we'll be able to conclusively identify it. We're keeping a close eye on it. In the mean time, all services are online and operational.
11/10/07 - All services are online and operational. We'll be taking our main web and e-mail server offline later tonight, so we can finish installing the machine in the rack it will be going in, now that we've confirmed everything works after the upgrade. All customer web sites will be inaccessible, and incoming e-mail will be delayed. We expect this outage to last no more than an hour.

11/6/07 - All services are online and operational. We've added support for SSL encryption on mail.slickhosting.com, and enabled SMTP authentication when SSL is used. The documentation on our site will be updated to reflect this later this week.
11/5/07 - We have completed our server upgrade, and everything appears to be working. Please let us know if anything seems amiss.
11/4/07 - In preparation for our upcoming server upgrade, accounts have been locked down. No accounts may be added or deleted and no passwords may be changed during this time. If you need to make these types of account changes, please contact us. You may still upload changes to your web site during this time.
11/3/07 - All systems are online and operational. While working on upgrading our database server last night, the power supply blew, and needed to be replaced. We weren't be able to fix it until tonight, so the server was offline all day. Webmail access was disabled during this time.
11/2/07 - All services are online and operational. Our database server will be going offline temporarily for hardware upgrades tonight; during this time, webmail will be inaccessible (POP3 and IMAP e-mail will still work). We expect the downtime to last no more than three hours.
