System Status - December 2008
12/27/08 - Our main web and mail server was offline for several hours today due to a power failure and a pesky hardware issue that we are working to resolve. During this time, all customer web sites and e-mail accounts were inaccessible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. All services are now online and operational.
12/25/08 - Merry Christmas! All services are online and operational.
12/24/08 - All services are online and operational. Our tertiary DNS server went offline for a few minutes today due to another power failure caused by severe weather conditions in Portland.
12/21/08 - All services are online and operational. Our tertiary DNS server was offline for a few hours this evening due to a power outage caused by severe weather in Portland. Since our redundant servers were up and running, there should have been no impact to SlickHosting.com customers.
12/20/08 - Our tertiary DNS server is experiencing intermittent connectivity outages today, most likely related to heavy snowfall in Portland. Due to a high level of redundancy, there should be no impact to SlickHosting.com customers. All other services are online and operational.
12/11/08 - All services are online and operational.
12/10/08 - Maintenance on our tertiary DNS server has been completed, with no impact to SlickHosting.com customers. All services are online and operational.
12/9/08 - All services are online and operational. Our tertiary DNS server will be going offline for maintenance sometime tomorrow; SlickHosting.com customers should not be affected.
12/4/08 - All services are online and operational.
12/3/08 - SMTP service was down for just over an hour this afternoon; this resulted in customers not being able to send e-mail. The issue has been resolved. All services are now online and operational.
