System Status - February 2008
2/29/08 - Our network connection has been going up and down today due to a bad Ethernet switch. We are working on replacing the switch as quickly as possible; in the mean time, customer web sites and e-mail could be temporarily inaccessible. Check back here for updated information.
2/15/08 - Our web and mail server crashed today, due to an intermittent hardware problem with the SCSI RAID controller. The server was offline for about an hour and a half. We are exploring options to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your patience.
2/13/08 - Customer web sites and e-mail were inaccessible for a few minutes during planned system maintenance last night. We installed a security patch that required a reboot of our main web and mail server. We appreciate your understanding. All services are now online and operational.
2/7/08 - All services are online and operational.
2/4/08 - All services are online and operational.
2/1/08 - All services are online and operational. Our network connection went down again last night, but it looks like the problem might not be what we thought it was. Troubleshooting intermittent issues like this can take time, since we have no way of reproducing the problem on demand. We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor this issue.
