System Status - March 2008
3/22/08 - All services are online and operational. Last night's maintenance was successful; our servers were down for about two hours.
3/21/08 - All services are online and operational. Our Internet connection was down from about 4am to 9:30am MST this morning; apparently the outage at our ISP that we were told would be happening late tonight actually happened last night instead (and we're not very happy about it). We are still planning to shut things down again tonight for some maintenance of our own that we need to do; downtime should not exceed a couple of hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3/20/08 - All services are online and operational. Be advised of the scheduled downtime this weekend.
3/18/08 - Our network will be going offline this weekend for planned maintenance at our ISP. The outage is scheduled for Friday night starting at midnight MST (Saturday 3am EDT, 7am UTC), and is expected to last several hours. During this time, customer web sites and e-mail will be unavailable, and some incoming e-mail may bounce back to the sender with a warning about being delayed. We're planning to use this downtime to do some network maintenance of our own, specifically replacing some faulty network hardware and upgrading our main router. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3/11/08 - All services are online and operational. The maintenance we had planned for Sunday night has been postponed.
3/8/08 - All services are online and operational. Our servers will be going down for maintenance tomorrow night; during this time customer web sites and e-mail will be inaccessible. We appreciate your patience as we work to continue to improve our service.
3/6/08 - All services are online and operational.
3/1/08 - All services are online and operational. We are continuing to monitor the situation with the network switch.
