System Status - July 2009
7/30/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/27/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/24/09 - All services are online and operational. The default format for new mail folders has changed; the new format should have better performance. No change has been made to existing folders. Also, two obsolete blacklists have been removed, which should greatly speed up mail delivery.
7/22/09 - All services are online and operational. The clock was wrong on our web/mail server, which caused timestamps in logs and e-mail headers to be set incorrectly; this has been fixed.
7/21/09 - Everything went offline at around 7:15am MST this morning due to a power outage, and we had problems getting the SQL database server back online. Turns out there's a bug in a security patch, that didn't manifest until the machine rebooted. We've rolled back the patch, and have submitted a bug report to the OS vendor. All services are now online and operational.
7/18/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/12/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/8/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/7/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/4/09 - Happy Independence Day! All services are online and operational.
7/3/09 - All services are online and operational.
7/1/09 - Our tertiary DNS server will be offline for maintenance intermittently for the next few days. There should be no impact to SlickHosting.com customers. All other systems are online and operational.
