System Status - July 2010
7/27/10 - All services are online and operational. Our database server went offline for a few minutes due to a network cable getting bumped, but everything is back to normal now.
7/26/10 - All services are online and operational. Fixed a bug that was sometimes preventing the Administration Center from working in some browsers, including Safari.
7/10/10 - All services are online and operational.
7/7/10 - All services are online and operational.
7/5/10 - All services are online and operational.
7/3/10 - All services are online and operational.
7/2/10 - The move did not go well. An error made by our ISP caused several hours of downtime and a change of plans. We had a strategy in place to get the servers moved and back online within an hour of the switch; that didn't happen. Service has now been fully restored and we do not anticipate further disruption.
7/1/10 - Last night's database server upgrade was postponed to this evening, and has now been completed. Also, we will be moving our web and e-mail server, as well as the database server, to a new facility tomorrow afternoon; this will result in a disruption in all hosted services for about an hour while the servers are physically relocated. Please bear with us!
