System Status - August 2008
8/30/08 - All services are online and operational.
8/29/08 - All services are online and operational. We weathered the storm last night with no problems.
8/28/08 - Due to severe weather, it's possible our servers may go down tonight, but so far everything is still up and running. Our spam filtering software has been adjusted to make SMTP connections faster, and to allow authenticated users to connect from IP addresses known for sending spam.
8/25/08 - All services are online and operational.
8/19/08 - All services are online and operational.
8/17/08 - Our main web and mail server was offline for several hours today; it didn't come back online after a power failure last night and had to be manually reset. During the outage, incoming e-mail was delayed, which may have resulted in senders receiving a warning message saying their message couldn't be delivered; it should be safe to ignore these warnings. All services are now online and operational.
8/16/08 - All services are online and operational. Advanced accounts now have a folder called "private" that can be used to store files that will not be accessible via the Web.
8/11/08 - Some sort of glitch on our mail server caused problems between 1:00pm and 3:30pm MST. E-mail was delayed, but not lost. We're not sure the exact cause of the problem, but we are continuing to monitor the situation. All services are online and operational.
8/10/08 - All services are online and operational.
8/8/08 - Our servers were offline from approximately 11:55pm to 3:30am MST this morning due to a major power outage in Phoenix caused by severe weather. Power has been restored, and everything is back up and running. We apologize for any inconvenience.
8/5/08 - All services are online and operational.
8/4/08 - All services are online and operational. Installed several security updates tonight, including updates to the FTP and SFTP servers which had to be taken offline for a few minutes.
8/1/08 - All services are online and operational.
