System Status - September 2007
9/24/07 - All services are online and operational. E-mail users can now change their own passwords directly from Webmail. Also, any e-mail client that supports changing passwords (such as Eudora) should work.
9/22/07 - All services are online and operational. We've upgraded our spam filtering software, which may have solved the problem reported a couple days ago. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
9/20/07 - Problems with our anti-spam software may cause some e-mail messages to be delayed, and may also cause some messages to be received multiple times. We're working on it. All other services are online and operational.
9/13/07 - All services are online and operational. All issues with our tertiary DNS server should now be resolved, but we'll be taking it offline again one last time just to get everything all put back together.
9/12/07 - Our tertiary DNS server is offline for planned hardware repairs. This should not affect SlickHosting.com customers. All other services are online and operational.
9/4/07 - All services are online and operational. Our tertiary DNS server still needs some work, and will be taken offline later today or tomorrow, but should be down for no more than an hour, barring any unforeseen problems. SlickHosting.com customers should not be affected.
9/3/07 - Our tertiary DNS server is down with hardware problems; we're working on it. SlickHosting.com customers should not be affected. All other services are online and operational.
