System Status - September 2008
9/30/08 - All services are online and operational.
9/28/08 - All services are online and operational. As previously noted, our secondary DNS server will be going offline for maintenance tonight; customer services should not be affected.
9/26/08 - All services are online and operational. Our secondary DNS server will be going down for maintenance this Sunday night, and will be offline intermittently between 9pm-1am MST. Because our other DNS servers will be online, there should be no impact to customers.
9/12/08 - All services are online and operational.
9/10/08 - All services are online and operational. A configuration oversight in our webmail software that allowed the use of insecure cookies has been fixed.
9/4/08 - All services are online and operational.
9/3/08 - We had two more brief outages today, caused by the same faulty network switch. We now have a temporary solution in place while we wait for a permanent replacement to arrive. We appreciate your patience.
9/2/08 - All services are online and operational. We had a brief outage today, caused by a misbehaving network switch; resetting the switch seems to have solved the problem, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.
9/1/08 - All services are online and operational.
